this men annan and ocampo

as you all know i refer to myself as a christian despite not conforming to all acceptable connotations of the religion... so this week kofi annan and moreno ocampo are in town and mps are running around like headless chicken... and yo asking what the fuck does this have to do with christiandom... well here is the down low... in 2008 January kenya was spiraling out of control and beginning to look like one of those west african countries that i have only read on the news about and by tenth january we looked like we were going to make the interahamwe of rwanda and milosovic's Bosnian Serb forces in Srebrenica look like armatures... but then came kofi annan and he lead twelve disciples six from pnu and six from odm to find peace in kenya........ they decided that emilio mwai kibaki would take peter's role as the rock of the unholy church of kenya and raila amollo odinga would become paul and spread the unholy doctrine of pretended peace to the country... but they forgot one thing for the bible like doctrine to work jesus died and resurrected... now alot of people died annan was not one of them and none of them ever came back from the dead... as he ascended into Geneva kofi annan gave the twelve the great commission... go forth and reform kenya... go to the idps and give them shelter go to those who hate and show them love but unlike christ who said forgive those who persecute you he said 'go forth and make a local tribunal and prosecute those who persecuted kenyans... findeth waki and formeth a list for moreno ocampo' and with those words he boarded a flight and ascended into Geneva and said like christ and Arnold Schwarzenegger ' i will be back'.... so the twelve went forth and some like judas (karua) defected and committed political suicide... but as annan promised he sent a helper or helpers... phillip waki and krigler who set up commissions... but in failing to listen to his helpers the twelve forced waki to send a list the proverbial book of life and death in form of a letter and envelop to annan... and when all threats failed annan sent the envelop to the rider on a pale horse (moreno ocampo) and now all are shaken so they tried to set up a local tribunal but the other mps who were now tired of leadership from the twelve or is it eleven refused and so the unholy church of kenya under marende kibaki and odinga now await the arrival of annan and the rider on the pale horse ocampo... but then again we all forgot one lesson that psychology taught us... if all things start falling apart then reconsider all your assumptions... so as mutahi ngunyi keeps reminding us annan and ocampo are two rogues trying to find two things the first is meaning or some role in life and the second is authority both of which as ngunyi clearly pointed out they both lack... they have no clout no real powers and no enforcement mechanism... so what assumption did we make... well for starters... annan is not jesus christ ocampo is not the rider on the pale horse and their coming is most definitely not judgment day nor is it the day of atonement... and if nothing else is true this one thing is... kibaki, raila, kalonzo, mutula, ruto, musalia, uhuru, orengo, karua,wako,nyong'o and whoever else are most defiantly not the church nor the twelve saints.

How long is 60 seconds?  The simple answer would be one minute. Philosophically speaking time is the experience of durations thus in reality 60 seconds can pass in the blink of an eye but at times it can feel like a lifetime.  I had always thought I would die a natural death; sleep never to wake up again.
